Cancellation Policy: Refunds are not given within 30 days of the start of a conference (including purchase orders). Prior to 30 days, a refund will be given minus a $25 administration fee. If you are unable to attend, a substitute may be sent in your place or a credit given towards a future AEP Connections conference. AEP Connections reserves the right to substitute a speaker in the event of a speaker cancellation
